Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 90-Day Risk-Free Trial. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us and be in the same condition that you received it, with all original parts, accessories, packaging, and documentation included. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that all returns must be approved by our support team before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

European Union Customers

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an item that arrived damaged.
