Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Estimated delivery time for orders shipped within the United States is typically between 5-12 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship to customers worldwide.

Estimated delivery times for international orders typically range between 10-30 business days depending on the destination country, local postal services, customs procedures, and carrier availability.

Certain remote locations may require additional delivery time.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Outland has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout whenever tracking is available.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
